This wonder fruit with so many health benefits just cannot be ignored. Not only the people suffering from diseases should intake it, but it is fruit for all. Goji berries in the dried and arid form tastes like saccharin to the tongue. Thus, they are easier to be gobbled up. It should be a part of our daily food regimen.
