It is true to say that a calorie controlled diet is not necessarily a healthy one just as eating everything available isn’t either! The hungry horse type or person will even eat the out-of-date food from the refrigerator without batting an eyelid! It is not unusual to find someone that just cannot resist anything that is sweet. There are many people that do it, something that gives an instant high never considering how unhealthy this is and dismissing the better option of health supplements. The hormones that change in levels are testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, and human growth hormone, also known as HGH.
Ok so it was a little graphic but it made the point because you are not doing yourself any good consuming everything you see that way. Perhaps it’s time you started thinking about looking after yourself with some health supplements. No, it’s not as daft as it seems because these are going to be a lot healthier for you than eating everything in sight! The worst thing to happen when you mention the subject is that someone will tell you how awful they are but has never tried them to give that opinion.
You should always try a thing before you blurt out that you can’t stand it; you aren’t being asked to eat a slimy frog now are you? You see, the health supplements I’m talking about are of the powdered variety; like chocolate or banana flavor that contains essential minerals. I have always taken some form of supplement; one of those is a multivitamin that I have been taking for over 10 years. There is absolutely no reason why everyone couldn’t take a supplement of some kind everyday.
The other health supplement I take is called whey protein, you may have heard of it; I take it as a flavored shake. These drinks are absolute powerhouses of protein; it’s quite amazing really when you think about it. They are also so easy and convenient to drink and some are good enough to replace a meal. Another benefit apart from its convenience is that you get to add about 30 grams of protein which is good for your muscles.
And, what’s more is that today, the health supplements you take contain everything that is good and essential for you without any of the stuff that isn’t. You know, all those things we are told to reduce in our diets, cholesterol, salt, sugar and saturated fat etc. Just logon to the web and check out some new health supplements today.
